Mike Lee is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt & Judo Black Belt who has recently made his home here in Montreal and H2O. Originally from California's South Bay Jiu-Jitsu, Mike earned his BJJ Black Belt from Bob Bass "the 1st American to receive a Black Belt from the Machado Brothers". His experience and unique style will bring H2O's BJJ (Gi and No Gi) game to another level. He will be teaching classes on Saturdays and Wednesdays and will be present other days for sparring with our H2O team. RICHARD HO is the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (No Gi) & MMA instructor at H2O. Richard has trained extensively in BJJ alongside his brother, Louis Ho, among many other BJJ Black Belts (Royler Gracie Black Belt - David Adiv, Bruno "Molenga" Fernandes and currently under H2O's own Black Belt - Mike Lee.) Richard is a professional MMA fighter (2x UGC Super Lightweight Champion) and an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Submission grappling tournaments, representing H2O Martial Arts. He took first place in his very first tournament. And in only his third tournament, was awarded the prize for Best Submission of the tournament with an amazing flying armbar. Richard has not stopped since then, winning his last 2 tournaments, with 1st place medals & has been virtually unstoppable in his last 5 professional ultimate fighting events. With 5 victories in only 5 shows and winning the UGC Championship Belt his last time out, Richard Ho is defineltly someone who will show you how to win. STEPHANE DENIS is the assistant BJJ & MMA instructor at H2O. He has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, who has competed and won in some of the biggest MMA organizations around (UGC, Apex, XMMA). His most notable win was against a Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt for the Interim UGC Featherweight Title. He is here at H2O to share his knowledge with all of you.
