is the Chief Instructor of the Women's Only Kickboxing program at H2O
Martial Arts. Richard is a pro (2x UGC Super Lightweight Champion) and
a fitness expert (Pilates & Personal Trainer). He has used this experience
to create the most effective & fun Kickboxing workout in around! You
will not only get a great cardio workout with the kickboxing (bootcamp
style workout) but you will also get self-defense (for confidence) &
Pilates (with Yoga to tone & stretch at the end of class). Richard's
motivational energy, patience, and precise instruction has made it easy
