H2O's "Alex Bon-Miller's" pro debut at XMMA is coming up on September 13th, at the Complex Sportif Claude-Robillard, so let's all go and show our support! And H2O Instructor Richard Ho's TKO 35 fight is signed and ready to go for October 3rd, at the Bell Centre.

Big John McCarthy & H2O working together on MMA Seminar!
H2O's Richard Ho and Stephane Denis were hired by Big John McCarthy as the head fighters to demonstrate the details of the MMA game. The porpose of this International Seminar is to educate and improve the refereeing and judging of Mixed Martial Arts around the world. (Click here for a video highlight of the event).

There's a new BJJ Black Belt in town!
We are all excited to announce that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt "Mike Lee" (from California's South Bay Jiu-Jitsu) has officially moved to Montreal and joined team H2O. Mike earned his Black Belt from Bob Bass "the 1st American to recieve a Black Belt from the Machado Brothers". His experience and unique style will bring H2O's BJJ and MMA classes to another level. He will be teaching classes on Saturdays and Wednesdays and will be present other days for sparring with our H2O team.

The UFC is coming to Montreal!
MMA has gone mainstream and the best MMA athletes are coming to Montreal's Bell Centre. CTV News interviews H2O's Richard Ho to talk about the UFC's popularity and MMA in general. The CTV News video also includes his 3 young kids and training with H2O's Alex Bon-Miller, as well as UFC footage of Georges "Rush" St. Pierre & Matt "The Terra" Serra.
